I am fresh from a weekend in the Danish capital – and what a weekend it was! I must admit, I didn’t know a huge amount about Copenhagen, but the city managed to surprise and delight me at every turn; the architecture, the people, the low prices, the food…
In the space of three days we managed to fit in a bike tour, an (accidental) boat tour, a day trip to a castle and a staggering amount of Danish pastries.
I absolutely loved it. I’ve rarely had such a strong urge to return to a place so soon after leaving.
I’ll be posting more about the weekend in detail soon, but in the meantime, here are a few of my best snaps from Copenhagen.
