I’ve just got back from a few days in Italy, where a friend and I were sent on our blind booking adventure. We had two days in Milan and decided to spend one day exploring the Cinque Terre. We only had a day to see it all, so it was a bit of a gamble but  – WOW was it worth it!
The Cinque Terre is incredible.
It really is insanely beautiful. I have rarely been so inspired to write so much about one place, but first off, I really couldn’t wait to share some of the photos from our trip.
I will be posting quite a bit about this region in the coming week or so stay tuned. (I also appreciate there has been a bit of a lull in activity on the blog recently so I apologise, but thank you all for bearing with me!)
I am SO jealous!
You really should be – not gonna lie…
Wow, it’s so beautiful! 2015 will be the year when I finally go to Italy! By the way, I really think you should consider Portugal, you would love it! 🙂
Porto is very high on my list actually, but I think it will have to wait until 2015, too. Where will you head first in Italy?
Probably Rome, since my mom really wants to go there and I promised her we’ll go in February.
Aww, lovely!
This place is amazing!! Can’t wait to go there sometime 🙂 enjoy!
It really is – hope you get there soon!
Thank you
Oh I’d love this part of Italy, I just know it. Might be a while before I get there, but I’m pretty sure my next trip to Italia will be to the Cinque Terre 🙂
I think it’s impossible not to, to be honest! Hope you get there sooner rather than later.
Wow haha, the more pictures I see from Italy, the more I realize I absolutely have to go. Love the post! Also, if you’re interested, Im in the process of posting about my trip to Israel. Feel free to check it out!
Glad you liked it, hope you enjoyed Israel!
Looks gorgeous, I’ve got this huge long list of places to see in Italy but this is pretty much at the top – will have to see if I can squeeze a trip in later this year!
It’s such a beautiful place, but filled with tourists as you can imagine. I bet September would be a lovely time to go.
I love love love love love CQ. I only got to spend half a day visiting it by boat but it was still incredible. I feel like you could easily spend a week exploring the towns and nearby nature.
Definitely – would get great to really get into the hills. I think you can still see quite a lot in a day though – certainly worth going for a day trip if that is all the time you have.
Ooh I want to go back to the Cinque Terre after seeing your photos!
Go, go, go! Did you go before the 2011 floods?
